Laying the Foundation is going to take you on a health journey! This is key if you never want to diet again. Join Dr. Meredyth for 5 modules of health. One module equals one facet. Each facet will end with healthy habits you can incorporate into your daily routine so you can be healthier. The 5 facets of a healthy foundation include: nutrition, hydration, stress management, sleep and movement. You will have lifetime access to the program. Take as long as you need to learn the information and revisit as needed. Join the Facebook group to connect with other members of the program and Dr. Meredyth. Ask questions. Meet Your Instructor

After struggling with my own digestive issues and difficulty losing weight, it was time to start helping others. I’m sure you know the whole eat less, exercise more theory doesn’t work longterm. Just like diets are not longterm. I am now confident in the food choices I make each day. I can go out to eat with my husband and not feel restricted to certain foods. I enjoy sweet treats. But I also feel confident in my skin! I want you help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

  • No! I am here to give you suggestions and ideas about how to be your healthiest. At the end of the day, you are in charge and you have to do what’s best for you.

  • Pause. You’re trying to change too much. Focus on one habit at a time. Once that habit becomes part of your daily routine, add in another healthy habit.

  • Supplements are overused today. We are popping them like prescription medications. Supplements supplement a healthy diet. You need to be eating whole foods first, and then add in supplements where you are lacking.

  • I don’t have one! I do not take a multivitamin each day. I focus on whole foods at meal times and then add in key nutrients that are missing in my diet through supplements.
